 All Temperature Gunability:

Consistency is virtually unchanged from -37C to 71C pennitting the sealant to be applied in any season to dry, frost-free surfaces. 

Neutral Cure:

Suitable for use on masonry substrates and will not react with or corrode most building components. 

Primeness Adhesion:

Upon curing will form a strong bond to mist common building components without the use of a primer. 

Long-Life Reliability:

Cured sealant stays elastonneric from -54C to 149C without hardening, cracking or becoming brittle under normal weather conditions. 

Medium Modulus:

With extension/compression capability up to 30% of original joint width. 

Benefits:

Good weatherability it is virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, snow, ozone or temperature extremes. 

Easy to use 

Bonds to most common construction materials without use of primer
